摘要
对于半悬挂舵系的受力计算,船级社规范并没有给出具体的计算方案,各研究机构和学者主要将研究集中在简化模型的计算方法上,且基于相对精确的数值模拟方法的探索还仅仅停留在对一些简化杆或局部配件等的研究上。针对该问题,对规范第7型半悬挂舵进行实舵建模,采用结构有限元方法对其受力和结构强度进行校核。同时,结合各研究机构和学者给出的简化模型计算方法,对现有的各种方法进行综合评判分析,得到各方法的优劣,为舵系设计及受力计算提供建议和参考。
As there is no specific calculation scheme specified in the rules and regulations of classification societies for the force calculation of semi-spade rudder systems, the research institutions and scholars mainly focus their attentions on the simplified calculations models. While the exploration of relatively accurate numerical simulation method is only limited to the study of some simplified stocks or local parts. Aiming at this issue, this study establishes a full-scale model of the type 7 semi-hanging rudder in the regulation, and uses the structural finite element method to check its stress and structural strength. Meanwhile, in combination of the simplified calculation models proposed by various research institutions and scholars, a comprehensive evaluation and analysis is carried out to obtain their advantages and disadvantages, thus providing some suggestions and reference for the rudder system design and stress calculations.
