宣恩县珠山镇、椒园镇、万寨乡土壤重金属元素形态特征及受控因素研究

摘要
在宣恩县珠山镇、椒园镇和万寨乡境内主要土壤类型和成土母质土壤中共采集土壤样品30件,对其中Hg、As、Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb的含量进行测定,并采用7步连续提取法对土壤中Hg、As、Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb的形态进行分析。结果表明,宣恩县珠山镇、椒园镇、万寨乡土壤中As、Cu、Zn、Hg、Pb主要是以残渣态存在,其潜在生态影响较小; Cd主要以离子交换态存在,生物有效性高,其潜在生态影响较大。土壤Hg、As、Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb形态受其全量、有机质含量及酸碱度因素控制,大多数赋存形态与其全量、土壤有机质含量成正消长关系,碱性土壤可抑制Hg、As、Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb的活性,降低土壤中的有机质含量即可以抑制Hg、As、Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb的活性。
        30 pieces of soil samples were collected from Jiaoyuan Town,Zhushan Town and Wanzhai Village in Xuan'en County. The contents of Hg,As,Cd,Zn,Cu and Pb were determined. The speciation of Hg,As,Cd,Zn,Cu and Pb in soil was analyzed by seven-step continuous extraction method. The results showed that As,Cu,Zn,Hg and Pb in the soils of Zhushan,Jiaoyuan and Wanzhai Townships in Xuan'en County were mainly in residue form,and their potential ecological effects were small; Cd was mainly in ion exchange form,with high bioavailability and great potential ecological effects. The forms of Hg,As,Cd,Zn,Cu and Pb in soils were controlled by their total content,organic matter content and acidity-alkalinity. Most of the occurrence forms were positively correlated with their total content and organic matter content in soils. Alkaline soil can inhibit the activities of Hg,As,Cd,Zn,Cu and Pb. Reducing the content of organic matter in soil can inhibit the activities of Hg,As,Cd,Zn,Cu and Pb.
