CJ1000(S)双秤核桃自动称量装袋机的设计

摘要
为解决我国核桃主产区在核桃集中上市期人工包装工作量大、环境简陋,自动化机械化程度低等问题。在结构上采用两套供料装置和称量装置,每套电子秤独立仪表控制。双秤同时称量、交替放料,大大提高了大颗粒物料称量速度和称量精度问题。经过用户试验:双秤核桃自动称量装袋机械称量范围:500～1 000 g;称量速度:180次/h;称量精度:X(0.2)。
In order to solve the problems of the main production areas of walnut in China,such as large workload of manual packaging,simple environment and low degree of automatic mechanization in the peak season of walnut available on the market,two sets of feeding device and weighing device were adopted in the structure,and each set of electronic scales was controlled by independent instruments. The weighing speed and precision of large particle material were greatly improved by weighing and alternate discharging of double scales at the same time. By user test;the weighing range of the double-scale walnut automatic weighing and bagging machine;500～1 000 g; weighing speed;180 times/h; weighing precision;X(0.2).
