摘要
为了保证水运工程能在良性的资金条件下,顺利进行工程建设和实施,施工单位在负责水运工程项目施工时,应重视项目管理,针对项目在施工过程中可能涉及到的成本因素进行分析,并采取有效的管理措施进行成本控制,从而保证水运工程项目资金充足,工程进度能够顺利进行。鉴于此,主要围绕水运工程建设过程中,如何进行成本控制展开有效分析,从而为促进水运工程领域实现长远发展,奠定理论基础。
In order to ensure that the water transport project can smoothly carry out the project construction and implementation under the condition of benign funds,the construction unit should pay attention to the project management when it is responsible for the construction of the water transport project,and analyze the cost factors that may be involved in the construction process of the project,and take effective management measures to control the cost,so as to ensure suf?cient funding for the waterway project,and the progress of the project can proceed smoothly. In view of this,the author mainly focuses on how to carry out effective analysis of cost control during the construction of water transport engineering,thus laying a theoretical foundation for promoting long-term development in the ?eld of water transport engineering.
