摘要
为解决某变电站发生的一起变压器呼吸器油封杯频繁缺油缺陷问题,对该油封杯缺油原因进行了详细分析并提出解决对策。首先,基于变压器呼吸系统基本原理,量化分析变压器呼吸时油封杯内外油杯的油位变化,分析得出油封杯尺寸匹配不当是导致油封杯缺油的直接原因;进一步进行决策分析并提出增大内油杯内径是最有效且可行的方法,同时基于计算结果重新设计油杯尺寸并加工。通过对比新旧呼吸器运行结果得出,未更改尺寸油封杯的油位随着运行时间增长出现明显下降,而新设计油封杯的油位则保持良好,即呼吸时不再因为油杯尺寸不匹配而发生油量减少,油杯频繁缺油的问题得到有效解决。
        In order to solve the problem of frequent oil deficiency in the oil seal cup of transformer breather in one substation,this paper analyzes reasons and proposes countermeasures.Firstly,on the basis of principle of the transformer breathing system,it quantitatively analyzes oil level changes of the outer oil cup in the oil seal cup and summarizes the direct reason for oil deficiency is improper size of the oil seal cup.According to further decision-making analysis,it points out increase of inner diameter of the inner cup is effective and feasible.Meanwhile,it proposes to redesign size of the oil cup for processing according to calculation results.By comparing operating results of the used and the new breathers,it comes to a conclusions that oil level of the used oil seal cup dramatically reduces with increase of its running time while oil level of the newly designed oil seal cup keeps good which means oil mass will not reduce due to unmatched size of the cup and the problem of frequent oil deficiency is effectively solved.
