摘要
该文介绍了一起500kV变压器呼吸器溢油缺陷,分析了缺陷原因,介绍了处理过程,检查确认是储油柜胶囊破损导致,并提出了防止和及时发现胶囊破损的改进措施。进一步说明了变压器安装胶囊破损监测装置的必要性,并对胶囊破损监测技术进行了介绍,推荐使用气体检测方法,并对该方法的检测设备提出了改进建议。
This paper introduces an oil spill defect of the respirator of 500 kV transformer,analyzes the causes of the defect,introduces the treatment process,and checks and confirms that the capsule of the oil storage tank is damaged,and puts forward the improvement measures to prevent and detect the capsule damage in time.It fur-ther explains the necessity of installing capsule damage monitoring device in transformer,introduces the capsule damage monitoring technology,recommends the use of gas detection method,and puts forward improvement suggestions for the detection equipment of this method.
