摘要
根据钢铁企业的用电对象及其负荷属性,智能优化变压器稳控综合系统为企业提供了一个解决变压器侧用电不平衡、不充分的技术手段,即负荷容量控制和并网光伏系统电能本地补济相结合的综合管理方法,提高了钢铁企业的负荷管理水平,实现了企业安全用电且降本增效的目的。内容包括系统设计思想、系统构架、功能的实现,最后介绍了系统应用的实效。
According to the electricity consumption object and its load attribute of the iron and steel enterprise,the intelligent optimization transformer stability control integrated system provides enterprises with a technical means to solve the imbalance and inefficient of power at the transformer sides. That is,the load capacity control combines with the localization of the grid-connected photovoltaic system. The comprehensive management method combined with the economy has improved the load management level of iron and steel enterprises,and has achieved the purpose of safely using electricity,reducing costs and increasing efficiency. The content includes system design ideas,system architecture,and function implementation. Finally,the effectiveness of system application is introduced.
