摘要
金属波纹管机械密封是机械密封的一个分支,快速建立波纹管参数化模型并进行数值分析十分重要。以某公司提供金属波纹管机械密封系统为研究对象,运用Visual C++与ANSYS软件的APDL语言,建立了波纹管机械密封参数化建模与数值分析平台。在该平台输入相关参数,自动生成该系列S型波纹管的有限元模型,简化了建模过程,同时可通过构建的接口导入ANSYS完成对S型波纹管的数值分析。
        Metal bellows mechanical seal is a branch of mechanical seal.It is very important to establish parametric model and analysis in quick.The metal bellows mechanical seal system of the company is taken as the object for study,Using Visual C++ and the APDL language of ANSYS software,parametric modeling and numerical analysis platform of bellows mechanical seal are established.Enter the relevant parameters on this platform,The finite element model of this series of S-bellows is generated automatically,which simplifies the modeling process. At the same time,it can be imported into ANSYS through the constructed interface to complete the numerical analysis of S-bellows.
