摘要
针对电流互感器因制造工艺、维护不当等因素易导致设备缺陷或隐患的问题,基于某变电站220 kV SF_6电流互感器运行过程中出现的电流不平衡引起的保护动作故障,根据事故录波分析、诊断性试验结果及现场设备检查,判定故障原因为电流互感器靠母线侧串、并联搭接排间距不合格、雨天间隔内充水发生短路。通过理论分析及模拟不同雨水接触程度的变比测量试验,发现间隔积水时此电流互感器的变比能增至2 486∶1甚至更大,从而验证了分析的正确性。针对此次设备缺陷处理过程,对厂家制造工艺、设备安装调试和日常站内巡视提出了新要求,有利于隐患排查和电网安全稳定运行。
        Manufacturing processes,improper maintenance and other factors easily lead to the equipment defects or hidden dangers of current transformers.Based on the protection operation caused by unbalance current of a 220 kV SF6 current transformer in a substation,after the fault recorded wave analysis,diagnostic test results and equipment inspection,the fault reason was judged as the unqualified spacing of string and parallel lap row on the bus side,which easily led to water short circuit within the rain interval.Through the theoretical analysis,the variable ratio measurement experiment of simulating different rainfalls contact,the results show that the ratio of current transformer can increase to 2 486:1 or even larger when the interval water was stagnant,the analysis was verified to be correctness.In response to the equipment defect handling process,new requirements were put forward to the manufacturers of manufacturing technology,equipment installation and daily routine inspection,and it was conducive to troubleshooting and security and stability of the power grid.
