摘要
杨起先生(1919~2010年)是我国煤炭地质的奠基人与开拓者,杨起先生及其团队多年来关于中国煤的理论和实践,可称为"杨起煤变质理论"。杨起先生把国外先进理论与国内实际紧密结合,提出了针对中国煤田地质的一系列理论问题,建立了中国煤变质的理论。他强调岩浆岩对中国区域煤变质的重要作用,指出中国煤质分布与岩浆活动有密切的关系,这种关系不仅表现在一个煤田一个煤层,且表现在一个省甚至全国的范围。杨起煤变质理论的核心是岩浆导致煤变质,岩浆(主要是热,其次为热液)对煤的影响,主要表现在煤变质程度上(煤级、煤质、煤化程度)。杨起先生的创新,不仅开辟了煤岩学研究的新思路,而且开拓了一个新的分支学科:岩浆热场-煤岩学(简称热煤岩学)。杨起煤变质理论是中国煤田地质理论与实践的结晶,是热煤岩学的基础。开展对杨起煤变质理论的深入研究,挖掘杨起煤变质理论的精髓,推进杨起煤变质理论的发展与实践,是发展中国煤炭事业的关键环节,它将改变中国煤炭事业的面貌,带来中国煤炭事业新的进步。
        Prof. Yang Qi(1919-2010) is the founder and path breaker of Chinese coal geology. The researches and practices of the professor and his team related to coal geology can be generalized as"Yang's coal metamorphism theory". Prof. Yang has closely combined external advanced theories with domestic practices; put forward a Chinese coal metamorphism theory aligning a series of theoretical issues. He has emphasized the essential function of magmatic rocks on regional coal metamorphism in China, and pointed out the close relationship between magmatic activities and coal rank distribution. The relationship is not only found expression on one coalfield, one coal seam, but also on a province even on whole country. The kernel of Yang's theory is magma caused metamorphism of coal, the impacts(mainly heat, then hydrothermal solution) from magma is basically behaved in degrees of coal metamorphism(coal rank, coal quality and coalification degree). The innovation of Yang's theory is not only opened up a new idea in coal petrology study, but also developed a new subdiscipline: magmatic thermal-field coal petrology(abbreviated as thermal coal petrology). Thus Yang's theory is a valuable result of Chinese coal geological theory and practices and the basis of thermal coal petrology. To develop intensive study of Yang's theory, dig out its essence and carry forward its development and practices are the key links in Chinese coal undertaking. It will change the face of Chinese coal undertaking and bring about new progresses.
