摘要
汽车防撞雷达是实现自动驾驶、提高车辆安全性的关键设备,本文介绍了一种集成了收发天线的K波段收发前端,测试收发芯片的指标,结果表明该芯片K波段输出功率能达到8d Bm以上,接收变频增益优于20d B。
To achieve automatic driving and improve vehicle safety, Vehicle collision avoidance radar is the key equipment. This paper describes one kind of K-band transceiver front-end based on integrated antenna and presents the performance tests of this chip. Test results show that the chip's output power at K-band can reach more than 8 d Bm, with receiving frequency conversion gain better than 20 dB.
