摘要
目的观察某口腔含漱液的杀菌效果及毒性,为实际应用提供参考依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对某口腔含漱液实验室杀菌效果及毒性进行试验观察。结果该口腔含漱液主要杀菌成分为含2 980 mg/L葡萄糖酸氯己定与体积分数3%乙醇等组成的复方乳液,原液p H值为5.84。用该含漱液原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用5.0 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对悬液内白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。该口腔含漱液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>5 000 mg/kg BW,为实际无毒级;一次皮肤刺激试验、一次阴道黏膜刺激试验均为无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;一次破损皮肤刺激试验、急性眼刺激试验属无刺激性。结论该口腔含漱液杀菌效果良好,对皮肤黏膜无刺激性,为实际无毒级物质。
        Objective To observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of the gargle,provide basis for practical usage. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe the germicidal effect and toxcity of the gargle. Results The gargle's main germicidal ingredients was chlorhexidine gluconate and alcohol,2 980 mg / L and3% respectively. The p H of the gargle was 5. 84. The killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the compound for 5. 0 min were all above 5. 00. That of Candida albicans exposed for 5. 0 min was above 4. 00. The acute oral toxicity test in mice of the gargle was LD50> 5 000 mg / kg BW,which belonged to actual non-toxic grade. The results of skin irritation test and vaginal irritation test for one time were nonirritant. The result of mouse bone marrow micronucleus test was negative. Skin breakage irritation test for one time and acute eye irritation test were nonirritant. Conclusion The germicidal effect of the gargle is good,with no irritation to the skin and mucous membranes,belongs to non- toxic grade.
