专业技能和知识培训对供应室护理人员职业防护的影响

摘要
目的探讨专业技能和知识培训对供应室护理人员职业防护的影响。方法选取本院供应室20名护理人员,对其实施专业技能及知识培训。比较实施前、后职业防护知识知晓率、职业防护行为遵从率及职业暴露情况。结果实施后,护理人员职业防护知识知晓率显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后,护理人员职业防护行为遵从率显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后,护理人员职业暴露发生率显著低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论对供应室护理人员实施职业防护专业技能及知识培训,可提高其职业防护知识知晓率和职业防护行为遵从率,降低职业暴露发生风险,有较高的应用价值,需引起各医院高度重视。
Objective To explore the effect of professional skills and knowledge training on occupational protection of nursing staff in supply room. Methods Twenty nurses in the supply room of our hospital were selected and trained with professional skills and knowledge. The awareness rate of occupational protection knowledge, compliance rate of occupational protection behavior and occupational exposure before and after implementation were compared. Results After implementation, the awareness rate of occupational protection knowledge of the nurses was significantly higher than that before implementation(P<0.05). After implementation, the compliance rate of occupational protection behavior of nurses was significantly higher than that before implementation(P <0.05). After implementation, the incidence of occupational exposure of nurses was significantly lower than that before implementation(P <0.05). Conclusion The training of professional skills and knowledge of occupational protection for nurses in supply room can improve their awareness rate of occupational protection knowledge and compliance rate of occupational protection behavior, and reduce the risk of occupational exposure. It has high application value and hospital should be paid great attention to it.
