鼻咽癌患者放疗期间放射性口腔黏膜损伤护理干预的效果

摘要
目的分析鼻咽癌患者放疗期间放射性口腔黏膜损伤护理干预的效果。方法选取2014年5月—2017年2月于我院收治的鼻咽癌患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,常规护理为对照组护理模式,全面护理干预为观察组护理模式,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者化疗第1周、第2周、第3周以及第4周口腔黏膜炎发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者放疗期间放射性口腔黏膜损伤护理干预的效果显著,能促使口腔黏膜炎发生率降低。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on radiation-induced oral mucosal injury in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy. Methods 100 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups randomly. The routine nursing was used as the control group. Comprehensive nursing intervention was used as the nursing model in the observation group. The nursing effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence rate of oral mucositis in the observation group was lower at first weeks, second weeks, third weeks, and fourth weeks after chemotherapy, and the differencewas statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on radiation-induced oral mucosal injury during radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is significant, which can reduce the incidence of oral mucositis.
