摘要
对皮肤发痒、经常抓蹭的患犬进行临床症状和伍德氏灯检查,初步诊断为真菌感染;采集皮肤组织进行病理切片和过碘酸雪夫(PAS)染色,毛囊中可见真菌菌丝;皮肤病料在DERMAKIT培养基上进行真菌培养,见石膏粉末状白色真菌生长,镜检见特征性纺锤型孢子;对病变皮毛样本和真菌培养物进行PCR检测,确诊为石膏样小孢子菌感染。采用抗真菌、抗感染结合外用药物治疗,取得了良好的疗效。
In order to diagnose the fungal infection of canine skin diseases, we used Wood's lamp and conducted clinic examination. The pathological scurf was collected from the diseased dog for pathological section and PAS staining, showing hyphae in the hair follicle. The scurf was placed on the DERMAKIT medium to culture gypsum powder white fungi, and spindle-type spores were observed by microscope. PCR detection demonstrated that the isolated fungus belonged to the species of Microsporum gypseum. For this gypsum powder white fungal infection, the antifungal, anti-infective and external drugs were applied and a good therapeutic effect was achieved.
