摘要
中医药治疗的特色是对复杂性疾病从总体角度出发,进行整体疾病的辨证论治,并将疾病的病因,机制从整体的角度进行把握,运用方剂时,使用"君、臣、佐、使"的方式进行药物的搭配,通过多味药物进行协调,从患者的整体出发,实现对机体紊乱的调节。随着网络药理学运用到中药学,药物成分的研究从单一活性成分的研究思路向整体性和系统性研究的转变。从网络药理学,分析技术,中药有效活性成分靶向的预测和药理作用机理进行研究、中药活性成分的发现,新适应症和新组方等几个方面,对网络中药药理学的最新应用进展进行综述。
        TCM has the characteristics of diagnosing and treating diseases from an overall angle. When formulas are applied,it can regulate the body disorder with the holism by matching the chief herb,deputy herb,assistant herb and envoy herb. With the application of the concept of network pharmacology into Chinese materia medica,the ideas of single component research has begun converting into the ideas of integral and systematic researches. This study summarized the latest application progress of the network of Chinese Pharmacology from the aspect of the network pharmacology concepts,analytical techniques,the identification of the active ingredients of Chinese medicinal,the target prediction and pharmacological mechanisms,new indications and new formulas.
