温阳消饮法对慢性心力衰竭模型大鼠血清ANP、TNF-α及IL-6水平影响

摘要
目的探索温阳消饮法对慢性心衰大鼠血清中ANP、TNF-α及IL-6含量水平的影响。方法将40只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组(10只)与CHF组(30只),CHF组动物采用大鼠腹腔注射阿霉素(ADR)复制慢性心力衰竭模型,造模结束后将CHF组SD大鼠随机分为模型组、温阳消饮组、美托洛尔组进行干预,四周后观察心肌病理形态学变化,测定各组大鼠血清ANP、TNF-α及IL-6的浓度。结果与空白组比较,模型组ANP、TNF-α及IL-6含量升高(P <0. 01),与模型组比较,温阳消饮组及美托洛尔组的TNF-α及IL-6含量降低(P <0. 01),与温阳消饮组比较,美托洛尔组IL-6含量升高(P <0. 05)。结论温阳消饮法可显著降低CHF大鼠血清TNF-α及IL-6水平,抑制炎性反应,改善心脏功能。
Objective To explore the effect of the therapy of warming yang to resolve fluid retention on Serum ANP,TNF-α and IL-6 Levels in Rats with chronic heart failure. Method Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group( 10 rats) and CHF group( 30 rats). Rats in CHF group were injected intraperitoneally with adriamycin( ADR) to replicate chronic heart failure model. After the model establishment,SD rats in CHF group were randomly divided into model group,warming yang to resolve fluid retention group and metoprolol group for intervention. After four weeks,the pathological changes of myocardium were observed and the serum ANP of rats,concentrations of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in each group were determined. Result Compared with the blank group,the contents of ANP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the model group increased( P < 0. 01). Compared with the model group,the contents of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the warming yang to resolve fluid retention group and the metoprolol group decreased( P < 0. 01). Compared with the warming yang to resolve fluid retention group,the contents of IL-6 in the metoprolol group increased( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The therapy of warming yang to resolve fluid retention can significantly reduce the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in serum of CHF rats,inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve cardiac function.
