摘要
为研究棘胸蛙野生种群分布与景观生态稳定性的关系,2017年9月至2018年9月,采用样带、样方法对炎陵县境内不同生境中的棘胸蛙野生种群数量进行调查,结合湖南省"十三五"森林资源规划设计调查数据,应用稳定性评价模型对炎陵县景观生态格局稳定性进行分析,并与棘胸蛙野生种群分布进行相关性分析。结果表明:棘胸蛙野生种群数量较少,为82811只±26279只,主要分布于炎陵县东部景观生态稳定性较好的天然阔叶林生境中;景观生态稳定性较差且生境破碎化严重的区域分布较少甚至没有。
        In order to understand the population distribution of Paa spinosa in Zhuzhou Yanling County,and the relationship between population and ecological environment,and scientific protection of wild resources of the frog. We investigated the population size of Q. spinosa in different habitats using transect and sample methods,The stability of ecological landscape pattern in Yanling mountain area was analyzed by using"13 th Five-Year"planning and design of forest resources survey data and The stability evaluation model,Kriging interpolation method and boxplot method from September 2017 to September 2018. The results show that the frog mainly located in the eastern part of Yanling where the landscape ecological stability is better,and habitat is natural broad-leaved forest habitat area,But the population is small. The population of Q. spinosa in Yanling mountain area is 82811±26279. It is suggested to strengthen the protection of Q. spinosa wild resources.
