摘要

论文主要从军民技术协同管理、薪酬管理、知识产权管理、科研项目管理等方面,分析军民融合背景下我国企业管理存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策和方法,期望帮助企业形成科学完善的管理模式,推动我国军民融合的深度发展。
        Starting from the aspects of the collaborative management of military-civilian technology, compensation management, intellectual property management and scientific research project management, the paper analyzes the problems existing in China's enterprise management, and proposes corresponding solutions and methods. It is hoped that this can help enterprises to form scientific and sound management mode, and promotes the in-depth development of China's military-civilian integration.
