摘要
分析了农业科研院所离退休人员的群体特征,并以安徽省农业科学院为例,总结分析了农业科研院所离退休工作存在的问题,如对离退休工作的认识不足,重视程度不一;经费投入和硬件设施不足;工作手段保守,服务管理缺乏创新等。同时,对当前农业科研院所离退休工作提出了相应的对策,包括加强组织领导,提高思想认识;切实落实好"三个机制"和"两项待遇";完善离退休党组织建设,及时听取他们的意见建议;建立志愿服务体系,积极开展志愿服务;探索建立社区养老新模式等,不断推进新时代农业科研院所离退休工作的发展和完善。
The group characteristics of retirees in agricultural research institutes were analyzed, and took the Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the problems existing in the retirement work of agricultural research institutes were summarized and analyzed.For example, there was insufficient understanding of retired work, different levels of emphasis;insufficient funding and hardware facilities;conservative work methods and lack of innovation in service management.At the same time, it put forward corresponding countermeasures for the current retirement work of agricultural research institutes,including strengthening organizational leadership, improving ideological understanding;effectively implementing the "hree mechanisms" and "two treatments";improving the construction of retired party organizations, timely listening to their opinions and suggestions;establishing a voluntary service system, actively carrying out voluntary services;exploring and establishing the new model of community pensions will continue to promote the development and improvement of the retirement work of agricultural research institutes in the new era.
