摘要
采用金属加工有限元分析软件AdvantEdge FEM对新型可换头钻头的钻削过程进行了研究,建立了钻头的有限元分析模型;通过正交试验法和单因素分析法探究了钻削过程中轴向力、扭矩和钻削温度随钻削用量改变的变化规律。为验证仿真分析的可行性与准确性,在数控加工中心进行钻削加工实验,将实验数据与仿真数据进行对比,其结论具有较好的一致性。
Finite element analysis software AdvantEdge FEM was used to study drilling processing of new drill head, and the finite element analysis model of drill head was established.By the orthogonal test and single factor analysis method,the change rule of the drilling axial force, torque and drilling temperature with the amount of drilling was explored. In order to verify the feasibility and accuracy of simulation analysis, the drilling experiment of CNC machining center was carried out. By comparing with the experimental data and the simulation data, the conclusion has good consistency.
