摘要
本文采用金属加工有限元分析软件Advant Edge FEM对新型可换头钻头的钻削过程进行了研究,建立了钻头的有限元分析模型,对钻头刀头进行了mises应力分析,并找出了钻头容易崩刃的关键位置,为钻头结构的改进、钻削参数的优化提供了有效的方法和数据。
This paper makes use of finite element analysis software AdvantEdge FEM in order to study the drilling process of late-model replaceable drill bit. It establishes the finite element analysis model of drill bit and conducts Mises stress analysis on bit cutter head in identifying the vulnerable position of the drill bit,provides an effective method and data for improving the drill bit structure and optimization of drilling parameters.
