摘要
中国大城市轨道交通发展迅速,地上轨道在提升出行便利性的同时,也带来了高架下方街道空间的利用问题。街道空间的步行品质,不仅取决于周边的用地性质和商业设施,也与街道本身的设计有着重要关联。尤其对于城市中的老年人和儿童来说,街道空间作为城市生活空间的重要组成部分,值得规划者和设计者关注。本文选取北京市13号地铁高架沿线的四道口路和交大东路作为调研对象,采取实地踏勘和调查问卷等方法,考察街道空间对于不同市民群体的可步行性。研究考察街道沿线的土地利用性质、绿化和市政设施等,并对交通断面的人流量进行分析。
        With the rapid development of rail transit in big cities of China, rail on the ground has brought much convenience to commuters for their walking, but it also led to the issue of utilization of street space under the overpass. The quality of walkability in street space depends not only on the surrounding land use and commercial facilities, but also relates to the street design itself. The street space plays an important role in the urban public space and is needed by all the citizens especially the elderly and children, which is worthy of attention from both planners and designers. Selecting Sidaokou Road and Jiaoda East Road along the overpass of No. 13 subway in Beijing as cases, the study investigates the walkability of street space for different groups of pedestrians through field surveys and questionnaires. This paper analyzes the surrounding land use, greening and municipal facilities, and also exams the pedestrian volume in transportation sections.
