中药诱导血管性休眠防治肿瘤的研究进展

摘要
肿瘤休眠是恶性肿瘤的生物学特征之一,也是肿瘤难以根治、复发转移的主要原因。在无法根除肿瘤细胞的情况下,可通过诱导肿瘤细胞休眠减缓生长、防止肿瘤复发或通过靶向存活机制、耐药机制诱导残留休眠细胞死亡。血管性休眠作为肿瘤休眠的一种类型,通过抑制内皮细胞增殖和血管生成,调节促血管生成因子和抗血管生成因子间的平衡,可以使肿瘤细胞退出生长周期,维持休眠状态,能显著抑制肿瘤的复发和转移。中医"久病入络"理论与西医肿瘤血管生成理念相似,通过中医药抑制促血管生成因子可诱导肿瘤血管性休眠,从而防止肿瘤复发。本研究对中医药诱导血管性休眠的相关机制进行综述,以期为中医药对肿瘤的精准治疗提供理论依据。
