摘要

信息技术的发展使得管理服务的方式发生了根本性改变,也带来信息服务模式和信息管理方式的转变。高校收发室作为校园信息服务的重要机构,不能局限于以往被动分发、信件收发管理工作,在现有规模小、不受重视、条件有限等现实困境下,充分利用信息化技术,不断提高收发工作效率、规范管理工作流程,提供高效准确的信息和优质的服务。
        With the development of information technology,the mode of management service has changed fundamentally,and the mode of information service and information management have also changed. As an important institution of campus information service,the university transceiver room cannot be confined to passive distribution and management of letters. In the current small-scale,neglected,limited conditions and other practical difficulties,it makes full use of information technology to continuously improve the efficiency of transceiver work,standardize the management process,and provide efficient and accurate information and high-quality services.
