摘要
目的观察微波消融术后口服自拟消瘿方治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法选取2016年10月—2017年10月行甲状腺结节微波消融术患者60例,采用随机数字表随机分为对照组、试验组,各30例。对照组:彩超引导下行微波消融术,试验组:微波消融术后口服自拟消瘿方,收集2组治疗前后临床数据并进行统计学分析。结果治疗3个月、6个月、12个月后试验组甲状腺结节体积明显小于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论甲状腺结节微波消融术后口服自拟消瘿方有利于结节的吸收,提高临床疗效。
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral self-made Xiaoying decoction in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules after microwave ablation. Methods From October 2014 to October 2017,60 patients were selected for microwave ablation of thyroid nodules in our department. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group using random digital tables. Each group had 30 cases. The control group adopted color hyper-guided downward microwave ablation. The experimental group applied oral self-made Xiaoying decoction after microwave ablation. Clinical data were collected before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was carried out. Results After 3,6 and 12 months of treatment,thyroid nodule volume in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0. 01).Conclusion Oral self-made Xiaoying decoction can promote the absorption of nodules and improve the clinical efficacy after microwave ablation of thyroid nodules.
