摘要
以瓜尔胶和中草药纹党为涂膜基质,以CaCl2、甘油和柠檬酸为成膜助剂,配制成可食用复合涂膜,研究常温(25~28℃),相对湿度(65%~75%)下该复合膜对大樱桃品质及其生理生化变化的影响。结果表明:常温下经2种复合膜保鲜的大樱桃与对照组相比,果实裂果率、霉烂率、失重率明显降低,抑制果实的呼吸;有机酸、维生素C等营养成分转化、流失的速度减慢,有效的降低MDA、花青素和相对电导率的升高;使SOD、PPO、POD和PAL酶活性处于较低的水平,延缓果实的衰老,从而延长货架期。综合考虑,添加纹党成分复合膜的效果最优。
        With Cyamopsis tetragonoloba gum and Codonopisi as coating matrix,glycerin,citric acid and CaCl2 as film-forming additives,we investigated the effects of edible film compound coating of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba gum and treatment of Chinese herbal medicine Codonopisis on storage quality and physiological and biochemical properties of Prunus pseudocerasus under 25℃to 28℃and relative humidity conditions of 65%to 75%.The results showed that,the rotten rate,cracking rate and weightloss rates of Prunus pseudocerasus preserved were lowered obviously compared with the control group at room temperature under the treatments of four compound coating,and it inhibited the respiration rate and the content of total Vitamin C and organic acids,MDA was effective reduced and other nutrients were maintained.Anthocyanin content and relative conductivity increased so that SOD,PPO,POD and PAL enzyme activity were maintained at a relatively low level,and the senescence process was restrained during the storage period of Prunus pseudocerasus at room temperature and the shelf life was extended.In conclusion the edible film compound coating with Codonopisis have the best effect.
