摘要
以苏州市和台北市的394名中小学体育教师教师为调查对象,对两市的中小学体育教师在职培训进行比较研究.研究表明:苏州市与台北市中小学体育教师在职培训的普及率较高,培训经费大部分由学校或培训主管部门承担,培训内容主要是教学方法和体育科专业知识,职培训的主要方式为专家讲座,教师对目前的培训方式较为满意.台北市中小学体育教师在职培训个人承担培训费用的比例高于苏州市,参加在职培训的内部动机高于苏州市,培训内容增加了民俗传统体育与当下热点(环保)等内容,有更多的民间组织机构承担教师在职培训.
Taking 394 primary and secondary school PE teachers in Suzhou and Taipei as the survey object,the author compared the in-service training of PE teachers in the two cities.The study shows that the prevalence of in-service training for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou and Taipei is relatively high,and most of the training funds are borne by schools or training authorities.The training content is mainly teaching methods and professional knowledge in physical education.The main method of vocational training is expert lectures.Teachers are more satisfied with the current mode of training.The proportion of personal training expenses for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Taipei City is higher than that of Suzhou City.The internal motivation for participating in on-the-job training is higher than that of Suzhou City.The content of training has increased the content of folk traditional sports and current hot spots(environmental protection),and there are more folk organizations.The organization undertakes in-service training for teachers.
