摘要
针对海堤工程遭受海水侵蚀问题,结合广东省千里海堤达标工程,研究开展了无机聚合物混凝土的制备,测试了其工作性能和力学性能,在惠来县西港海堤工程建设中进行了工程应用试验,并对工程应用效果进行了评价。研究结果表明:试配的C40、C50和C60强度等级的无机聚合物混凝土的工作性能和力学性能均较优异。在惠来县西港海堤混凝土面板进行了工程试验,所制备无机聚合物混凝土的工作性能和力学性能满足施工要求,其工作性能与普通混凝土相当,力学性能优于普通混凝土。无机聚合物混凝土的施工时间应控制在4 h以内,施工后的无机聚合物混凝土海堤面板表面颜色较普通混凝土浅,但结构致密,未发现骨料外露和蜂窝孔洞现象,施工效果良好,可为提高海堤的服役寿命及无机聚合物的发展应用提供技术支撑。
        In order to improve sea erosion of seawall,geopolymer concrete was prepared,its workability and mechanical properties were characterized. Engineering application of geopolymer concrete was carried out in the construction of seawall engineering in Huilai County,and the effect of engineering application was evaluated in this study. The results showd that the workability and mechanical properties of C40,C50 and C60 three strength grade geopolymer concrete were excellent. The performance and mechanical properties of the prepared geopolymer concrete met the requirements of construction,the workability of the geopolymer concrete was similar to that of the ordinary concrete,and the mechanical performance was better than that of the ordinary concrete.The construction time of geopolymer concrete should be controlled within four hours. After construction,the surface color of the geopolymer concrete seawall surface was lighter than that of ordinary concrete,but the structure was compacted,and the appearance of aggregate and honeycomb hole was not found. This study provided technical support for improving the service life of seawall and the development and application of geopolymer concrete.
