海口市社区高血压患者自我管理现状调查

摘要
目的了解海口市社区高血压患者自我管理行为现状。方法在海口市龙华区的两个社区中随机抽查218名原发性高血压患者,采用自编高血压患者自我管理调查问卷进行调查。结果 45.4%的患者不能做到低钠饮食,30.3%的患者常食用脂肪含量较高的食物;48.2%的患者不遵医嘱用药,54.7%的患者不能坚持长期用药;63.3%的患者一般不会向朋友家人倾诉,36.7%的患者不能做到情绪稳定;62.4%的患者常常出现头晕,64.2%的患者时常出现失眠,76.1%的患者常出现肢体麻木;49.1%的患者没能做到经常适量运动。结论海口社区高血压患者在饮食、用药、运动、症状及情绪的自我管理方面总体水平不高。
Objective To investigate the self-management behavior of hypertension patients in Haikou community. Methods218 patients with essential hypertension were randomly selected from two communities in Longhua District of Haikou City.The self-management questionnaire of hypertension patients was used to investigate. Results 45.4% of the patients could not achieve a low sodium diet, 30.3% of the patients often consumed foods with high fat content; 48.2% of the patients did not comply with medical advice, 54.7% of the patients could not adhere to long-term medication; 63.3% of the patients generally did not confide to friends and family, 36.7% of the patients could not achieve emotional stability; 62.4% of the patients often suffered dizziness, 64.2% of the patients often suffered insomnia, 76.1% of the patients often suffered from insomnia. Patients often suffer from limb numbness; 49.1% of patients fail to exercise regularly and moderately. Conclusion The overall level of selfmanagement in diet, medication, exercise, symptoms and emotions of hypertension patients in Haikou community is not high.
