摘要
痛风是由于长期嘌呤代谢紊乱引起的,痛风的发病率逐年增加,且发病年龄出现低龄化趋势。近年来研究人员从分子及细胞水平对痛风的机制进行了大量研究,并从抑制尿酸生成、促进尿酸排泄和抑制炎症因子等方面阐述痛风治疗途径。通过国内外文献研究,综述了痛风产生的分子机制以及单味中药、复方和活性化合物对其的治疗作用,并提出建议与展望。
        Gout is caused by long-term purine metabolic disorders.With the incidence of gout increasing year by year,the onset age trends to be younger and younger.In recent years,a lot of research has been conducted from the molecular and cellular levels to elucidate the mechanism of gout;and the anti-gout effect was described from inhibiting uric acid production,promoting uric acid excretion and inhibition of inflammatory factors,and many other aspects.This paper reviews the molecular mechanism of gout occurrence and the therapeutic effects of monotherapy,compound and active compounds using traditional Chinese medicine,and offered proposals and prospects.
