摘要

结合枣庄市资源枯竭型城市转型发展和构建科技创新型、生态宜居型新枣庄的需要,确定海绵城市近期建设的重点。制定枣庄市海绵城市建设水生态、水环境、水资源、水安全、制度与文化建设和显示度等六大类指标体系20项具体指标,确定了"两山横亘、一轴贯穿、八水环绕、多点分布"的海绵生态空间格局,并从水资源利用、再生水利用规划、水环境提升、水安全保障、水生态修复等方面提出海绵城市建设规划措施。
        Taking current needs of transferring from resource exhausted to a pro-innovation and ecological livable city into consideration in Zaozhuang City, the key contents of sponge city construction were put forward. An indicator system with 20 specific indices in the aspects of water ecology, environment, water resources, safety, system and culture were built, upon which spatial pattern of sponge city is designed. During the design process, planning and action of sponge city construction has been put on resource utilization, recycled water use, environment improvement, water security and ecological restoration.
