循证护理干预降低剖宫产产妇术后感染率效果分析
摘要
目的:探讨循证护理干预降低剖宫产产妇术后感染率的效果。方法:将240例剖宫产产妇随机分为研究组和对照组各120例,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理基础上实施循证护理干预。比较两组产妇术后感染率、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、不良反应发生率及产妇对护理服务的满意度。结果:研究组产妇术后感染率低于对照组(P <0. 05),术后24、48 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组产妇术后低血糖、腹胀和便秘发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组产妇对护理服务的满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:循证护理可降低剖宫产产妇术后感染率及术后不良反应发生率,缓解产妇术后疼痛,提高产妇护理满意度。
