摘要
可调激光边沿滤波解调系统是光纤光栅检测超声波的重要测试系统。在测试前需对光源的波长进行正确的设置,否则将造成测量结果严重失真。然而由于受到实验假象的影响,光源波长设置值的正确性不易辨别。因此,以静态试验的方式,分析了系统波长设置不准的原因,研究了光源波长的变化对系统工作性能的影响。最后提出正确调试光源波长的注意事项。
The edge filter demodulation system based on tunable laser is a crucial testing system for fiber bragg grating(FBG) to detect ultrasonic.The wavelength of the laser must be set correctly,otherwise it would cause serious distortion on measurement results.However,due to the influence of the illusion emerges in the experiment,the correctness of the wavelength setting is uneasy to discern.Therefore,this article analyzed the reason why the wavelength setting was inaccurate by static experiment.Meanwhile,it investigated the relationship between the wavelength of laser and the working performance of testing system.Finally some notes were given about how to modify the laser wavelength properly.
