新型高密度无固相钻开液在蓬莱油田的应用

摘要
蓬莱19-3油田位于渤海中南部海域,是原油地质储量达6亿立方米左右的特大油田,其主力油层于新近系明化镇组下段和馆陶组,储层岩性为河流相沉积的陆源碎屑岩。伴随着近年来的大规模开采,油田产量下降,同时,由于注水井原因导致地层压力异常,目前在利用现有的资源下,工程上采用水平井开采方式提高采收率,这无疑对钻井液提出了更高的要求。针对蓬莱19-3油田储层特性,采用无固相免破胶的新型高密度无固相体系,通过无机盐和有机盐复配加重,实现了渤海首次使用1.42 g/cm~3新型高密度无固相体系作业,通过搭配颗粒级配技术,形成屏蔽暂堵保护储层,控制较低的固相含量,维持较低的返排压力,储层保护效果优异;该体系首次在蓬莱V30H井中应用,并达到了预期效果,投产时能达到配产要求,对蓬莱油田群的进一步有效开发提供了技术保障。
        Penglai 19-3 oilfield, located in the south-central Bohai sea, is a huge oilfield with a geological reserves of about 600 million cubic meters. Its main oil layers are in the lower part of Neogene Minghuazhen formation and Guantao formation. The reservoir lithology is terrestrial clastic rocks deposited by fluvial facies. With the large-scale exploitation in recent years, the production of oilfield has declined. At the same time, because of the abnormal formation pressure caused by water injection wells, under the current use of existing resources, horizontal wells are used in engineering to improve oil recovery, which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for drilling fluids. In view of the reservoir characteristics of Penglai 19-3 oilfield, a new high density solid-free system with solid-free break-free gum is adopted, which is aggravated by the combination of inorganic salt and organic salt. A new high density solid-free system with 1.42 g/cm3 density was first used in Bohai sea. Through the combination of particle gradation technology, temporary shielding was formed to protect reservoirs, lower solid content was controlled, lower backflow pressure was maintained, and excellent reservoir protection effect was achieved. This system was first applied in Penglai V30 H well and achieved the expected results. It can meet the production allocation requirements when put into production, which provides technical support for the further effective development of Penglai oilfield group.
