摘要
3G网络在部分地区存在着覆盖深度不足的问题,尤其是农村地区。引入2T4R技术可以提高3G基站覆盖能力,达到改善上下行的覆盖半径和容量的效果。通过对2T4R技术的覆盖效果进行验证,研究和总结在不同场景下2T4R技术不同配置的覆盖性能、信号和数据速率的增益,并与传统的1T2R技术进行对比,给出网络部署的应用建议。
3G network suffers from insufficiently deep coverage in some areas, especially in rural areas. The introduction of 2T4 R technique can enhance the coverage capability of 3G base station and improve the coverage radius and capacity on both uplink and downlink. The coverage effect of 2T4 R technique was verified. Improvements of coverage performance, signal and data rate for different configurations of 2T4 R technique in different scenarios were researched, summarized and compared with the conventional 1T2 R technique. Finally, the application suggestions on network deployment were presented.
