硫酸镁和拉贝洛尔联合治疗早发型重度子痫前期的效果观察

摘要
目的:观察硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月至2015年1月我院收治的126例早发型重度子痫前期孕妇,随机分为两组。研究组给予硫酸镁和拉贝洛尔治疗,对照组给予硫酸镁和硝苯地平治疗,观察两组患者的血压变化、孕周延长的时间、围生儿结局及发生的不良反应。结果:治疗后1h,研究组的收缩压明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4 h,研究组的收缩压及舒张压均明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组妊娠终止时间及新生儿Apgar评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组无不良反应的发生。结论:拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗早发型重度子痫前期具有很好的降压效果,并改善了患者的妊娠结局。
Objective:To observe theclinical curative effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of early hairstyle severe preeclampsia.Methods:Selected from Jun 2013 to Jan 2015,our hospital 210 cases of early hairstyle severe preeclampsia,pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups.Team for magnesium sulfate and labetalol treatment,control group given magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment,observation of two groups of patients with blood pressure change,theories,long time,the perinatal pregnancy outcome and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,systolic blood pressure was significantly lower than the control group of the study group,statistically significant(P<0.05).4 h after treatment,the study group of systolic bloodpressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than thecontrol group,a statistically significant(P<0.05),two sets oftermination time of pregnancy and neonatal Apgar scores with astatistically significant difference(P<0.05),research group theincidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:Labetalol in combination with magnesium sulfate treatment early hairstyle severe preeclampsia have very good antihypertensive effect,and improve the pregnancy outcome of the patients.
