河南省农村“双创”中产业融合发展的效益及问题分析——以漯河市阴阳赵镇为例

摘要

在国务院关于支持返乡下乡人员创新创业和推进农村产业融合发展的政策号召下,全国各地的农村双创工作积极展开.本文就河南省漯河市阴阳赵镇创新创业和产业融合发展的现状,提出农村创新创业的几点建议:政府统一组织土地流转、发展农村产业融合模式、建立农村创新创业基本平台等.
        Under the State Council's policy of supporting the rural returnees and rural areas in innovation and entrepreneurship,and promoting the development of rural industry integration,the rural dual creation work has been actively carried out in rural areas across the country. In relation to the development of innovation,entrepreneurship and industrial integration in Yinyang Zhao town of Luohe City,some suggestions for rural innovation and entrepreneurship are proposed,such as the governmental regulating of the land circulation,the development of rural industrial integration,and the establishment of platform for rural innovation and entrepreneurship.
