环氧封端烯丙醇聚醚的制备及应用

摘要
以烯丙醇聚醚和环氧氯丙烷为原料,Lewis酸为催化剂,采用两步法工艺合成了环氧封端烯丙醇聚醚,收率高达95.0%。以化学沉淀法对合成的聚醚进行了后处理,得到的环氧封端烯丙醇聚醚与端含氢硅油的反应活性明显改善,并用红外光谱对原料及反应产物进行了表征。
        Using the allyl alcohol polyether and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, Lewis acid as catalyst, the epoxy capped allyl alcohol polyether was synthesized by using the two-step process, the yield is 95.0%. The post-treatment of the synthesized polyether was carried out by using the chemical precipitation method. The reaction activity of the obtained epoxy capped allyl alcohol polyether with the hydrogen-terminated silicone oil was significantly improved, and the raw materials and the reaction product were characterized by using the infrared spectrum.
