人工智能时代图书馆智能化服务模式探讨

摘要
人工智能给传统的图书馆服务模式转型带来机遇。文章主要论述人工智能时代图书馆的服务内容与发展瓶颈,以及人工智能应用到传统图书馆服务中需要进行个性化信息的整合。从读者用户、图书馆人员、图书馆资源、图书馆空间等层面,提出人工智能与图书馆的融合思路。并着重从信息智能推送、智能代理、智能定制等层面,提出人工智能时代图书馆智能化服务模式的实施策略。
Artificial intelligence(AI) has brought opportunities for the transformation of service mode of traditional libraries. This article mainly discussed the service content and development bottleneck of libraries in the era of AI, and proposed that the application of AI to traditional library services requires the integration of personalized information. It also put forward the idea of integrating AI with libraries from the aspects of readers,librarians, library resources and library space. Finally, it proposed the implementation strategies of intelligent service mode of libraries in the era of AI from the aspects of information intelligent push, intelligent agent and intelligent customization.
