全面从严治党视阈下党员身份自觉的实现

摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展需要培育党员的身份意识,实现党员的身份自觉,即党员意识到自己作为中国共产党党员的身份而应该具备的基本标准和要求。党员的身份自觉包括思想身份自觉、政治身份自觉、组织身份自觉、行为身份自觉等方面的内容。当前,党员身份自觉的实现面临着一些问题和挑战,包括部分党员身份意识淡化、身份迷失和身份焦虑、党员身份被职务身份所替代等问题。为此,要立足全面从严治党,进一步加强党的思想建设、政治建设、组织建设,改进工作作风,使党员在与群众的密切联系中进一步加强党性修养,重塑党员身份意识,实现党员思想身份、政治身份、组织身份、行为身份的自觉。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. To promote the in-depth development of all-round and strict governance of the Party, it is necessary to cultivate the identity consciousness of Party members and realize their identity consciousness, that is, the basic standards and requirements that Party members should have when they are aware of their identity as Communist Party members. Party member′s identity consciousness includes ideological identity consciousness, political identity consciousness, organizational identity consciousness, and behavioral identity consciousness. At present, the realization of Party member′s identity consciousness is confronted with some problems and challenges, including the dilution of Party member′s identity consciousness, the loss and anxiety of Party member′s identity, and the replacement of Party member′s identity by position status. To this end, we should base ourselves on the strict administration of the Party in an all-round way, further strengthen the Party′s ideological, political and organizational construction, and improve its working style, so that Party members can further strengthen their Party spirit in close contact with the masses, reshape their identity consciousness, and realize their consciousness of ideological, political, organizational and behavioral identity.
