摘要
在传统锑冶炼炉用铝铬砖中引入不同含量的铝铬渣,设定合理的热处理温度,在保证制品优良性能的基础上逐步降低铝铬砖的成本,提高其性价比,试验结果表明:(1)锑冶炼炉用铝铬砖中可引入适量铝铬渣降低原料成本;(2)铝铬砖中最佳的铝铬渣加入量为30%;(3)加入量30%铝铬渣的铝铬砖较佳烧成温度为1600℃。
in the traditional antimony smelting furnace, we bring in Al2O3-Cr2O3 brick introduced in different content of Al2O3-Cr2O3 slag, and set the reasonable heat treatment temperature, on the basis of the guarantee excellent products performance gradually to reduce the cost of Al2O3-Cr2O3 brick. So weimprove its performance. The experimental results showed that:(1) the antimony smelting furnace with Al2O3-Cr2O3 brick in a suitable amount of Al2O3-Cr2O3 slag can be introduced to reduce raw material cost;(2) Al2O3-Cr2O3 brick's best content of Al2O3-Cr2O3 slag is 30%;(3) the better sintering temperature is 1600℃ with 30% Al2O3-Cr2O3 slagin Al2O3-Cr2O3 brick.
