摘要
对平衡环架零件进行了挤压工艺分析,制定了两步成形方案。运用Deform有限元软件对两工位成形过程进行了模拟,获取了成形过程中模具载荷和金属流动的变化趋势。综合考虑模具受力和加工成本,确定了一工位的分流降载工艺和二工位的异形孔挤压成形方法。
The extrusion process of a balance ring part was analyzed, and the two-step forming scheme was worked out.The two-step forming process was simulated by using finite element software Deform, and the variation trends of die load and metal flow during the forming process were obtained. Considering the force of the die and the cost of processing, the technology of one-step dividing flow and reducing load and the extrusion method of two-step special-shaped hole was determined.
