经皮锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨下段骨折的效果

摘要
目的探讨经皮锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨下段骨折的效果。方法选取2014年5月～2016年12月我院收治的66例胫骨下段骨折患者作为研究对象,依据患者所接受的治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,每组各33例。对照组患者接受传统解剖钢板内固定术治疗,观察组患者给予经皮锁定钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组患者的围术期指标、骨折愈合时间以及治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术耗时、住院天数和骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,手术切口长度小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮锁定钢板内固定术在胫骨下段骨折治疗中具有显著的应用效果,可促进患者骨折的痊愈,缩短疾病治疗的时间,减轻患者的家庭经济负担。
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of lower humeral fractures. Methods A total of 66 patients with lower humeral fractures treated in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. According to the treatment plan, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional anatomical plate internal fixation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous locking plate internal fixation. Perioperative indicators, fracture healing time, and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, the hospitalization days and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the amount of surgical bleeding was less than that of the control group, the length of the surgical incision was smaller than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous locking plate internal fixation has a significant effect in the treatment of lower humeral fractures, which can promote the recovery of fractures, shorten the time of disease treatment, and reduce the economic burden of patients.
