建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制

摘要
建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制是提升我国建筑工程经济发展的有效手段,也是提升建筑企业在建筑市场占据重要位置的有效方式。在建筑工程施工过程中,建筑管理人员一定要把动态管理与控制工作作为管理环节的重要内容,不断优化传统观念引导下建筑工程的造价控制方法,更好地满足建筑工程造价发展的实际需求。
The dynamic management and control of construction project cost is an effective means to improve the economic development of China's construction projects,and it is also an effective way to enhance the important position of construction enterprises in the construction market. In the construction process of construction engineering,construction management personnel must take dynamic management and control work as an important part of the management process,and continuously optimize the cost control method of construction projects guided by traditional concepts to better meet the actual needs of construction project cost development.
