摘要

自上个世纪90年代开始,我国在信息科学技术方面逐渐开始了、快速发展的历程。在这个过程当中我国的电子信息科学技术行业取得了许多突破性的进展,同时也暴露了许多问题。其中人才问题是最为突出的一个问题,在本文当中,笔者分析了当前阶段我国信息科学与技术产业人才培养的目标,以及培养结构体系,并提出了新的人才培养方案。
        Since the beginning of the last century in 90 s,China's information science and technology has gradually started,the rapid development of the course.In this process, China's electronic information science and technology industry has made many breakthroughs,but also exposed a lot of problems.The talent is the most prominent question,in this paper,the author analyzes the current stage in China Information Science and technology industry personnel training goal,and culture structure system,and puts forward the new personnel training program.
