玉屏风口服液联合五倍子贴敷在肺癌术后出汗中的应用研究

摘要
目的:观察玉屏风口服液联合五倍子中药贴敷在肺癌术后出汗中的应用效果。方法:将100例肺癌术后反复出汗患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组肺癌术后根据患者出汗量评估给予补液,维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡以及常规护理方法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上根据主管医师医嘱予口服玉屏风口服液并联合五倍子中药贴敷治疗,观察2组患者临床疗效及出汗改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为68%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组效果更优。观察组中医证候疗效总有效率达96%,对照组为68%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组间日出汗时间及日出汗量比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组日出汗时间及日出量汗均少于治疗前(P <0.01);组间比较,观察组更优(P <0.05)。观察组汗止时间少于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:玉屏风口服液联合五倍子中药贴敷治疗能更好的改善肺癌患者术后出汗的情况,提高护理效果,减轻患者痛苦,促进患者康复。
Objective:To observe the application effect of Yupingfeng oral liquid combined with Chinese herbal application of Galla Chinensis(Wubeizi) on sweating after operation for lung cancer. Methods: Enrolled 100 cases of patients with repeated sweating after operation for lung cancer in the study,and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment method,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was evaluated according to the sweating of patients after operation for lung cancer and given fluid infusion to maintain water, electrolyte and acid-base balance and the routine nursing methods,while the observation group was given the oral application of Yupingfeng oral liquid according to the doctor's advice,combined with Chinese herbal application of Galla Chinensis(Wubeizi). Observed the clinical effect and improvement of sweating in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 92% in the observation group and 68% in the control group,compared the two groups,difference being significant(P < 0.05);the effect in the observation group was better. The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome clinical effect was 96% in the observation group and68% in the control group,compared the two groups,difference being significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the time of sweating per day and the amount of sweating per day between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment,the time of sweating per day and the amount of sweating per day in the two groups were less than those before treatment(P < 0.01);compared the groups,the observation group was better(P <0.05). The stopping time of sweating in the observation group was less than that in the control group, compared the two groups,difference being significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion:The application of Yupingfeng oral liquid combined with Chinese herbal application of Galla Chinensis(Wubeizi) can better improve the postoperative sweating of patients with lung cancer,increase the nursing effect,reduce the suffering of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
