摘要
食品的安全问题是公众最关注的问题之一。随着经济水平的提高,公众的生活水平也在逐年提高,对食品质量的要求也越来越高,为督促食品行业的健康发展,满足公众对食品高质量的要求,食品安全检测必不可少。但食品检测体系仍存在很多漏洞,仍需要不断完善,更加严格的监督食品的安全问题,防止不安全因素发生,不安全食品将直接影响公众的健康,食品是生存之本,食品安全不容忽视,需要严格把握每一个细节,保证食品安全。
        Food safety is one of the most concerned issues of the public. With the continuous improvement of the economic level, the living standard of the public is also increasing year by year, and the requirements for food quality are also increasing. Therefore, food safety testing procedures become indispensable to promote the healthy development of food and meet the public's requirements for food quality. However, there are still many loopholes in the food detection system,which need to be continuously improved, more stringent supervision of food safety issues, to prevent the occurrence of food insecurity factor, food hazards directly affect public health problems. Food is the basis of survival, food safety can not be ignored, and every detail needs to be strictly grasped to provide safe food.
