摘要
现阶段我国教育事业飞速发展,对于人才的要求日益增长,因此高职院校要进行可持续发展就要培养创新创业人才,能够通过与企业的合作来完成培养人才的工作。校企合作,共同培养出适应现代社会发展的创新型人才,不仅能够满足现代社会所需,还能够促进我国经济的快速发展,因此与企业如何合作能够培养出创新创业型人才,成为社会关注的话题。对于现阶段高职院校的培养策略进行改变,了解校企合作育人机制的现状,在不断发展的过程中看到校企合作的不足,进行调整改正,以此来不断培养出优秀的创新创业人才。
        At the present stage,China's education is developing rapidly,and the requirements for talents are growing. Therefore,for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges,innovative and entrepreneurial talents must be cultivated,and talents can be trained through cooperation with enterprises. Jointly cultivating innovative talents adapting to the development of modern society can not only meet the needs of modern society,but also promote the rapid development of China's economy. Therefore,how to cooperate with enterprises to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents has become a topic of social concern. We should change the training strategy of higher vocational colleges at this stage,understand the current situation of the school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism,find the shortcomings of school-enterprise cooperation in the process of continuous development,and make adjustments and corrections in order to continuously cultivate outstanding innovative and entrepreneurship talents.
