刍议保密宣传教育工作考评引入增值评价

摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,国际局势复杂多变,保密宣传教育工作任务艰巨,构建科学的保密宣传教育工作考核评估体系有重要的现实意义。根据目前考评体系的不足引入增值评价,从政策层面和教育对象层面进行评价,突出教育效果,并对政策执行提出建议意见,对提升保密宣传教育工作水平具有重要的现实意义。
